The month of September witnessed another international campaign to raise awareness and challenge the stigma that surrounds dementia. In order to commemorate Alzheimer’s month, the International Institute on Ageing, United Nations-Malta (INIA), facilitated a 40 hours ‘Memory Training Programme’ in Malta. This was organised by EURAG Memory Training Centre, Prague and the Czech Society for Memory Training and Brain Jogging between 3–7 September 2018. The programme was conducted by Memory Training professional Ing. Dana Steinova. This event, which was partially sponsored by the Government of Malta was attended by 50 participants.
