BCAB Programme in Malta
10th - 18th January, 2010

Twenty-four high officials from the Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau (BCAB) participated in a short-term training programme in the Social, Economic and Health Aspects of Ageing. The Programme which was held between the 10th - 18th January, 2010 was organised by the International Institute on Ageing, United Nations - Malta (INIA) in collaboration with the Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau (BCAB). As a result of the collaboration between INIA and BCAB training dating back to 1998, a number of training programmes are held annually both in Beijing and in Malta, aimed at increasing capacity building in the field of Ageing in China's capital city.
