Demography Programme, Malta 2009

| For the ninth consecutive year, an International Training Programme in Demographic Aspects of Ageing and its Implications for Socio-Economic Development, Policies and Plans was held at the Imperial Hotel in Malta between the 23rd November and 4th December, 2009. Fourteen international participants came from countries as far afield as Colombia, Egypt, Malaysia, Eastern Europe, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan. International Tutors included Professor Joseph Troisi, Professor Ik Ki Kim from Korea and Dr. Tomas Kucera from the Czech Republic. |
